Statement/ Purpose — The Clubhouse Committee helps maintain and enhance the shared use of the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. From coordinating reservations to supporting upkeep and user guidelines, the committee ensures these amenities remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
Clubhouse Rental Steps
We appreciate your help taking care of our shared space!
BEFORE RENTAL
Connect with one of the committee chairs for clubhouse familiarization + review of rules.
Pass your form and security deposit check to one of the members.
Do NOT send your deposit to Manor.
AFTER EVENT
Renters (resident or committee) cleanup after the event/meeting and reposition the tables and chairs as originally found.
Renters are subject to losing the deposit (partial or in full) if there’s too much cleanup or damage found.
